Starts January 1, 2020

Do you worry you might be drinking too much? Are you shaming yourself into cutting back, or stopping altogether?

Let me tell you a little secret. You cannot change by beating yourself up. You have not done anything wrong. You are not broken. You are not flawed. You are not weak. So, stop. Please.

It’s time to stop believing there’s something wrong with you and start knowing you are powerful beyond measure.

You are capable of change.

We change by exploring our relationships. In this case, your relationship with alcohol and your relationship with yourself. Specifically, how alcohol is benefiting you. That’s right. I’m not here to tell you all the ways alcohol is messing with you. You already know. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be on my website. I want you to ask yourself what good alcohol brings to your life.

How many times have you drawn that line in the sand between you and alcohol?

Saying you won’t cross over it.

For a few days. Or a week.

Maybe a month.

And then you erase it.

Some time passes and you decide to redraw the line.

Just to erase it another time.

And, over and over and over again …

Has the cycle gone on long enough?

Do you continually renegotiate the terms of the deal you’re making with alcohol?

You complete another online evaluation to figure out

whether or not you have a problem with alcohol.

Maybe you don’t have a problem.

But you sure are sick of the hangovers.

And the blackouts. And the anxiety. And the calories. And the shame.

You pick a new, more perfect day to start.

Truth Bomb

There’s no perfect time to give up alcohol.

There never was and there never will be.

The time to start is when you’re ready.

And … you don’t have to have a “problem”

or align yourself with a label like “alcoholic”

to simply decide booze no longer serves you.

Is It Time?

If you answered yes, I hope you will join LOSE-THE-BOOZE. Even if you’re not 100% sure, a month of exploration is certainly not a bad thing.

LOSE-THE-BOOZE is a 31-day sobriety challenge that celebrates living sans alcohol. The program will help participants explore their relationship with alcohol as well as create and then harness the power of their own custom-built sobriety toolkit to support alcohol-free living as they prepare incredible possibilities all year and beyond.

Can you imagine never having another hangover? Do you want 2020 to be your best year yet?

Then, LOSE-THE-BOOZE is for YOU!

What OCT-SOBER-FEST 2019 Participants Have to Say

OCT-SOBER-FEST WAS THE PILOT PROGRAM FOR LOSE-THE-BOOZE

The daily emails were full of great content and resources that got me thinking about my relationship with alcohol. Trying to go a whole month of not drinking was more difficult than I expected. The program helped me put that into perspective and what more work I need to do in my life.

I thought it would be so easy to give up drinking for a month. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Laura’s emails and support helped a lot. I am going to keep trying!
